Book accommodation with a discount price

Book your accommodation at the Holiday Inn – Expo hotel adjacent to the exhibition centre. As an exhibitor you will get a 11 % discount on the daily price. We recommend to book early – the hotel is very popular during the exhibitions.


Sign up for the Employer of the Future theme day

Is your company seeking new talents? Now you have a great opportunity to introduce your company to students and job seekers. Participate in the Employer of the Future theme day, which will be held on March 14, 2024. Register by February 15, 2024.

The exhibitors have the opportunity to be part of the theme day from an employer perspective and discuss different career options with students and job seekers. Companies participating in the theme day will be given a Future employer theme day sticker, which can be affixed to the stand or to the clothing of the staff on site, for example, to indicate that your stand has recruitment professionals.

Plan and order stand structures and furniture

We price according to price periods. The earlier you place an order, the more you will save on the required products and services. Furthermore, you can ensure the availability of necessary products.

Structures and furniture can be ordered on eMessukeskus Order products and services. Placing your order by 1st of February 2024, you will acquire the products at a lower cost.

Prices will increase by 20 % on the 2nd of February
Prices will increase by 50 % on the 22th of February
Prices will increase by 100 % on the 6th of March

Depending on your needs, we can deliver a customised stand plan with implementation, or you may choose from three different options that are ready-to-use. Reusability of structural materials and energy efficiency in lighting are key aspects of our stand packages.

Update your company profile

We encourage you to update your company profile through eMessukeskus under Market your participation no later than 10th Febryary 2024 for it to appear in the exhibition information sent to all event attendees.

Register co-exhibitors

Register co-exhibitors participating in your joint stand through eMessukeskus (section Co-exhibitors) latest on 10th February 2024 and ensure their visibility in the exhibition info distributed to all event attendees.

Co-exhibitors will be granted their own company-specific account and ID to use eMessukeskus.

Co-exhibitors will be charged a registration fee according to the event-specific participation conditions. The registration fee for co-exhibitors taking part in PacTec, FoodTec & PlastExpo Nordic 2024 is € 440.


Update your stand programme

Does your stand offer a specific programme during the event? Update the programme through eMessukeskus (under Programme) to ensure its publication on our event website – this will guarantee your visibility completely free of charge.

Invite your customers to the event

This event uses electronic, cost-free eInvitation which allows you to reach hundreds of customers with just one click – easily, ecologically and free of charge! The invitation can be customised with your own greeting as well as photos of your company. The eInvitation tool and usage instructions can be found through eMessukeskus website for exhibitors (under Invite your customers).

Submission of graphic material

If you have ordered graphic products or if your stand includes graphic products, please remember to send the necessary materials to by 12.2.2024 at the latest. A 50% surcharge will be added to orders submitted late.

Dimmed lights in the exhibition hall

Please note that the exhibition hall’s lights will be dimmed during the exhibition. Order extra lighting for your stand through eMessukeskus at Order products and services. The lighting will be tested during the exhibition’s construction time on Tuesday 12 February at 1 PM – 2 PM and 5 PM – 6 PM. If necessary, you can order extra lighting after the test at the Exhibition Office if you feel that the stand is left too dark (note that extra lights ordered in advance cost less).


Passes during the construction and exhibition phases

You can conveniently email or send passes to your event team members mobile device through eMessukeskus (Submit Passes tool opens two month before the event). The pass holder can print it in advance through the email link or the pass can alternatively be printed at any of the entrances of Messukeskus or at our Exhibition Office.

You are able to create as many passes as necessary.

The exhibitor’s pass is for the event staff of your stand. This pass is personal and valid during the construction, event and dismantling periods of the event. The pass must be always visible during the event. In addition, the pass enables its holder to enter the Exhibitors’ Lounge together with benefits for purchasing goods (including lunch for exhibitors and discounts in NoHo Partners cafes).

The constructor’s pass is valid during the construction and dismantling periods of the event. The constructor’s pass is free of charge.

Badge pockets for passes are available at Messukeskus’ entrances and the Exhibition Office.

Take media representatives, bloggers and social media influencers into account

Actively contact journalists and influencers inviting them to visit your stand. Publish press releases through eMessukeskus (under Market your participation) and submit printable versions to our Press Centre, which is open during the event opening hours. You can recognize journalists by their PRESS badge and bloggers along with social media influencers by their CONTENT CREATOR badge. The event is attended by numerous media outlets.

Please advise the Communications Manager of the event should your stand include new releases, performers, a specific programme, press conferences or other activities that could interest the media. This will ensure that overlapping events can be avoided.

After work

The joint after work event for PacTec, FoodTec & PlastExpo Nordic, and Sign, Print & Promotion will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at the fairgrounds from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The event is open to all exhibitors and visitors of the event! Live music will be provided at the after work. Arrange for refreshments and invite customers to network casually at your booth! In the evening, we’ll continue the event with an afterparty at Restaurant Platta from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm (12:00 am). Everyone has the opportunity to reserve tables and buffet service.

Are you organizing an event or do you want the troubadour to perform at your booth?

  • Please let us know in advance if you’re organizing a booth event with programming or music so we can avoid overlapping music.
  • The troubadour will tour the Pactec, FoodTec & PlastExpo event area and perform at the booths. Send us your request if you wish for the troubadour to perform at your booth for a moment. Please note that if there are many requests, we may not be able to fulfill all of them.

At Paddington Pub

  • The after work continuation will be held together with the Gastro event at the Paddington Pub in the Messukeskus’ underground gallery next to the event area.
  • Paddington Pub is a cozy modernized English pub with troubadour Ari Joki entertaining throughout the evening.
  • Continue the evening smoothly at the atmospheric pub right next to the event. Welcome to enjoy yourselves!

Make the most of logos and banners of the event in your own marketing channels

Don’t forget to share your event participation and new product releases taking place during the event in your own marketing and communications channels such as social media. You can use the event logos, banners and images to advertise your attendance without restrictions.



Take care of the safety of your stand

Never leave valuables accessible when the exhibition day ends. Take care of all necessary insurances and consider renting possible safety accessories such as showcases, locks or security cables for computers and / or monitors.

In like manner we are prepared to take care of other possible security needs regarding your stand. These needs can be addressed with our security services partner Securitas. After first selecting your event, move further to product category Safety (under Stand services).



Please notice that delivery of goods to and from Messukeskus is free of charge if it takes less than 60 minutes. If the delivery of goods takes over 60 minutes the parking fee must be paid Please drive in and out via same route to avoid parking fine. Barrier-free parking system Autopay by Europark is in use at Messukeskus. Parking charges are collected by Europark.

Behind Messukeskus’ restaurant services is Northern Europe’s leading restaurant operator, Noho Partners, whose Restaurants & Event Catering guarantees high-quality restaurant services wherever and whenever it happens. Galas, parties, meetings, events and of course trade fairs are located on a different side of the hall – so are our restaurants and catering.

Stand services
It is possible for business customers to pre-order catering for their trade fair stand through the online store. We can grant corporate membership to Finnish companies.

Food and drink tickets
You can order electronic food and drink tickets based on QR codes for the amount you want or choose a specific product, the tickets are distributed electronically, or they can also be printed. The ticket serves as a means of payment in selected restaurants, and the tickets of corporate customers are charged according to usage.

It is possible to purchase tickets from the online store without corporate membership also with an advance payment by choosing online payment as the payment method.

Exhibitors’ Lounge

The Exhibitors’ Lounge is available during the opening hours of the event. The Exhibitors’ Lounge can be found from the 2nd floor in the Siipi conference area. The door code is presented in the pass.

You are welcome to come and enjoy a cup of coffee in the Exhibitors’ Lounge. The space has a small kitchenette together with toilets and showers.
