PacTec includes the management of the whole packaging chain: from design to use and materials, and from printing machinery to marketing. FoodTec has everything that is needed for food production, meaning everything from machines and appliances, to processes and systems. PlastExpo Nordic, on the other hand, is a new meeting place for the plastics industry with the newest innovations, machines and appliances in the field. There will be a comprehensive programme and impressive speeches. At this event, you can showcase your company’s products and services easily and reach all the most important players in the packaging, food and plastics industries.

A Fair Start fee of €670 will be added to all stand bookings (includes a 16A 230V 3.6 kW socket and electricity consumption, as well as visibility and environmental fees).

Cost-Effective and Hassle-Free
A ready-made stand is an affordable and convenient way to participate in events at Messukeskus Helsinki. You can complement the pre-built stand with furniture and customised branding elements to create a fully functional and visually appealing stand that reflects your company identity.
The stand price includes:
- Exhibition space
- Walls and fascia boards from either profile structure (aluminium profile frame with white hardboard) or standard structure (white-painted hardboard)
- Fascia text or logo on both sides for corner stands (not included for stands without fascia)
- Carpet: fixed carpet in dark green, dark red, dark blue, or grey; or roll carpet in light grey, cardinal red, dark green, violet, turquoise, brown, fuchsia, white, yellow, black, grey, blue, red, green, beige, dark blue, graphite grey, or orange
- Basic lighting: one metal halide lamp per metre of fascia (for corner stands, only on the longer side)
- Stand assembly and dismantling, including initial cleaning
Note: A dark grey fixed carpet will be installed unless otherwise requested. Any changes or additions will be charged separately.

These conditions complement the general terms of participation of Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre.
- Expostart €670 (incl. socket 16A 230 V 3,6 kW and energy consumption, Publicity and environmental fee) is charged from all exhibitors.
- The invoice for participation is due 12 Jan 2026
- Exhibitors must have stand walls with a height of 2.5 metres enclosing the stand.
- Stands with two storeys: the square meters of the second storey are subject to a charge which is 50% of the space rental.
- Any stand constructions exceeding 250 cm are considered additional advertising space and subject to an extra charge. Minimum charge is €450.
- Joint stands: If the stand is used by several exhibitors, a Publicity and environmental fee €450 is charged from all exhibitors. The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.
- An extra charge of €25 + vat/invoice is charged if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.
- Credit card payment is accepted from SEPA countries with a service fee 40 € + VAT 25,5 % / invoice. Please contact: laskutus@messukeskus.com
- VAT is added to all prices
- Prices are valid until one month before the event.
Please note the following regarding stand programmes:
- All stand programmes and other stand-related activities must take place within the stand area.
- The maximum sound level at the stand is 75 dB.
- To ensure the safety of visitors, it is important that all activities at the stand – e.g., throwing objects – do not cause harm to anyone.
